  • Love the DSG Tune above all else

    I had a JB1 Piggy-back installed on my 2016 Audi A3 2.0T 8V good for about 35 WHP on 93 Octane and I honestly can't tell a big noticeable difference between the Stage 1+ and the JB1. The Stage 1+ claims close to 90 HP which I expected to clearly feel but I honestly just don't. The DSG made the most noticeable difference in terms of how the car feels on D mode. It feels a lot more sporty and Boosty to the point I now prefer D over S mode and even over manual mode. I read on a few forums that the Unitronic Tunes are more on the conservative side as compared to APR. I haven't tried APR but I would say Unitronic is good but I don't feel like the car is any different over a regular Plug and Play that costs half the price. My gas mileage has decreased as well so I'm not getting the claims how it improves fuel efficiency even when I am in D mode which is most of the time now.
