The new core option EVO3.X was developed with a renowned German Audi tuner and is suitable for higher-performance applications 600PS+. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the original version. Only the internal core design has been further optimized for high-power applications and guarantees optimal airflow and excellent cooling performance. We recommend using the standard version for all power applications below 600PS.

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,5L/14,45Inch x 3,74Inch = 1006,9Inch³) and offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency and improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties.

This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, made specifically for this application—constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides inside the inlet, the intercooler's uniform filling is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right thing for racing. The intercooler and the cross member form a stable unit and weigh only 14,1 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance! 68mm (2,67Inch) in- and outlets.
