Wagner tuning's competition intercooler for the 17-20 RS3 is engineered to manage intense driving temperature at operating level. This Competition intercooler has the following core size (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,5L/14,45Inch x 3,74Inch = 1006,9Inch³) and this offers a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Weighing in at 11.7 kg, This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures.

The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been increased to Ø 68mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Anti-Corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character for optimal cooling and more power. Optimized by CAD, the new competition-high-speed core and cast aluminum end tanks give this intercooler excellent cooling properties.

The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right for racing. The intercooler and the original cross member form a stable unit and weigh only 11.7 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange).
