Sounds amazing
Absolutely love this exhaust. 0 drone, nice tone while cruising, at idle and cold start isn’t too loud. At wot it’s pretty loud but not obnoxious and the “dsg farts” sounds great.

Awesome exhaust
The exhaust is very loud as I expected without a mid muffler (resonator delete). I wanted ALL exhaust sound and removed the Audi Soundaktor to prevent interior drone. The exhaust note on the Audi makes it sound and perform like a race car! I have stage 2 with a CTS downpipe and perfectly matched Borla back. I LOVE the deep sound as much as you can have on a 4 cylinder.

Love it!
Wasn’t the most optimistic about this exhaust considering there’s only one video I could find of the sound quality. Well i got it fast and just had it installed and well it sounds amazing! worth the money
i spent a lot of time online reading all i could about different exhausts and ended up choosing this one. the exhaust sounds amazing. anything you read elsewhere that says that they can't tell the difference between stock exhaust and this aftermarket exhaust is not true. not only that, but the shop mechanic who did the install for me said that it was the first borla exhaust that he'd installed and he was impressed how well everything fit where the stock exhaust was, and how well all the parts fit together. the black chrome tips are beautiful, and go well with the tornado red paint on the GTI. Borla advertises no drone and this is accurate. The exhaust note is loud, especially going north of 4,000 rpm, going from a stop, and cycling through second and third gears, but once i'm in 6th gear (manual transmission) it gets quiet so that you're riding smoothly.

Nasty!!
I bought this and paired it with a catted 3 inch down pipe and hi flow cat and it sounds amazing!!! My neighbors may not like it but it's awesome. It has a nice throaty growl at low rpms and opens up great at higher rmps, no drone inside car and sounds very good. Fitment was perfect and shipping was very fast, next day with the standard option!

Love this exhaust
Very easy and simple to install yourself if you know what your doing. The exhaust give you a nice loud note on acceleration, isn’t very droning or terrible at highway speeds. This exhaust is well worth the money, I would highly recommend it. Shipping was awesome, got it a couple of days faster than expected.

Borla 3 in S Type Catback
I’ll keep it short and sweet. Paired with a catted downpipe this thing roars like a beast and sounds amazing. By no means is this catback quiet. If you are conscious about your car being too loud, get the resonator add on.
Installation was very easy and I have no complaints. I’d recommend this to any GTI owner looking for a loud catback that doesn’t sound cheap or bad.

This exhaust sounds so good in my 2017 Audi A3 nice deep rumble at idle and when you get on it it’s pretty loud I love it!!
