Unitronic® is pleased to announce its Carbon Fiber Intake System for the B9 Audi® A4® and A5® equipped with the 2.0 TSI® MLB® engine. This Carbon Fiber Intake System is a direct bolt-on upgrade which is designed to optimize airflow, improve throttle response, enhance turbo induction sounds, and increase power, gaining +11 HP. It also provides seamless integration, perfect fitment and an aggressive carbon fiber presence in the engine compartment.

As the initial designs develop; evolution begins with rapid prototyping, utilizing its in-house Stratasys 3D printer.  Within hours, Unitronic Engineers are able to have a complete working printed prototype, allowing for test fitments to be performed on the vehicle, functional testing to be completed, and flow data collected to further validate the designs.

Unitronic Engineers further validated designs to ensure that the Unitronic Carbon Fiber Intake System developed more power using its in-house MAHA Chassis Dynamometer. Unitronic was able to measure considerable horsepower and torque gains in tuned vehicle applications.

-EPDM couplers: Designed to perfectly align with the bead rolls on the carbon fiber tubes, to ensure a     perfect and seamless connection; hose clamp guides ensure perfect alignment.

-6" Tapered Cone Air Filter: Offers optimal airflow for most applications while protecting the turbocharger   and engine from debris and air particles that may be encountered during everyday and spirited driving
