Product Details
Description
Made with 3" T304 stainless steel bent tubing and T316 ss flanges, a corrugated stainless flex section and complete TIG welded, the Unitronic TSI downpipe is fabricated to last while delivering nothing but power to your TSI engine.
All Unitronic downpipes are paired with 200 cell high flow catalytic converters maximizing performance while maintaining emissions requirements.
Finishing off the design, Unitronic utilized an OEM inspired cat heat shield which protects unwanted heat from radiating in the exhaust tunnel.
When it comes to installation, Unitronic designed these aftermarket downpipes to feature an easy to use v band fastening system inferior to none. Not only does it make installation simple but allows for precise fitment.

Took a while but i got it done
I purchased the Unitronic Downpipe for my 2013 Volkswagen CC Sport , it took me around 4 hours to install. not that it was hard just my first time doing something of this nature. everything went smooth until i had to connect the down pipe to my stock catback exhaust the adapter it comes with to allow you to do that was to long so i had to cut my exhaust about a inch and a half for it to fit and allow me to use the stcock clamps it came with .

Unitronic 3” Downpipe
I couldn’t be happier with the quality and most importantly the fit of the Unitronic Downpipe. The install was about 4 hours from start to finish. I also went from Stage 1+ Unitronic ECU tune to Stage 2 after the Downpipe was installed. The increased performance is the largest difference I’ve seen or felt out of all the modifications I’ve done so for to my 2013 Mk6 GTI. It really is like driving a different car. This Downpipe is without a doubt of the highest quality and, as I previously stated, the fit is “OEM good”. Thank you Unitronic and Moddedeuros!

3” Uni Downpipe
Bought this downpipe/mid pipe kit and love it. Coupled with the Uni intake and stage 2 tune my car feels twice as fast. Cannot believe the torque gains from the tune. But the exhaust I love because it’s not too loud. I’m not one for loud exhausts and I feel this pipe fits right in the middle. Super easy to install

12 VW GLI Gen1 2.0T
Great product from Unitronic, Hardest part was getting the top bolt closest to the block on the factory downpipe. Loosened it from the top side using a 16mm box end wrench and then used a 16mm socket with an extension fend in from the driver side near the master cylinder to finish taking the nut off. I would also recommend picking up a factory turbo gasket, i picked one up at the local parts store for $10 bucks. Unitronic downpipe was easy to install once the factory stuff was out of the way. Have the stage 2 tune so no CEL issues and noticed a big increase in power and smoothness from the stage 1+.

Vw gti
Put this on my 2009 gti tsi. I could tell the difference from stock. It's a nice down pipe and was easy to install. Took around 3-4 hrs on installation. Running it with stock muffler. Worth the money.
