Description

The NEUSPEED Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Conversion kit includes all the parts needed to remove serious restriction from the discharge side of the turbocharger.

First, a newly machined billet aluminum discharge adapter reduces restriction with its smooth bore. Unlike its OE counterpart, the new adapter reduces turbulence and reversion.Attention to detail is NEUSPEED's forte, so take notice of the machined lip on the mounting flange that ensures leak free performance.

Secondly, a new silicone hose is included to mate to our new discharge adapter. The next and most important item in the kit, our newly manufactured 57mm inside diameter discharge pipe with a rolled lip on one end to make securing the silicone hose easy and trouble free and on the other end a billet aluminum fitting that connects to the factory intercooler hose.

The OE discharge pipe starts off at only 38mm inside diameter and then eventually increases to 57mm inside diamter. Consequently, all restrictions are removed with the kit's full diameter flow. All these benefits are attained with no modifications to the vehicle - this is a simple bolt-on part.

With this kit installed, you can expect better response with less turbo lag and more horsepower.

NOTE: This part only fits after a specific VIN range in 2007 for GTI MKV,Jetta V, 2008  Passat:

  • GTI MKV VIN after 1K_7_129621

  • Passat after 3C_8E137354 and 3C_8P076056)

Another way to determine if this part is correct for your vehicle, you will need to look at your original discharge pipe. If the locking notches for the pipe's retaining clip are located at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions, this is the correct part.

    Low end drivability is better, for sure. If I put into 2nd gear and drive at 1000 RPM and put my foot down, the turbo cuts on slightly quicker. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

    Poor build quality & customer support....avoid

    Noticed mine rubbed against the factory airbox, and upon review saw the top bracket was not flush to the pipe prior to welding. Resulting in the weld flowing under the bracket, and lifting it 3/16" or so off of the pipe.

    Contacted Neuspeed who stated, "The pipe and bracket fit in a jig then welded, there will be no variations." From what I have seen of other pipes I would strongly disagree to that statement.

    Ordered a 3" sacrificial section of silicone hose to slide over the one which came in the kit. Figure I will rotate it every few weeks.

    While others have had no issues with this item, Neuspeed's lack of empathy, or willingness to stand behind a product, "Proudly Manufactured in USA." when the pictures I emailed clearly show abysmal welds, leaves me to urge you to skip this product. Check out CTS' options instead.

    ModdedEuros shipped quick, and their sale price w/ free S&H was the best I had seen. Tho two emails looking for customer advocacy on this issue did go unanswered.

    always a fan of neuspeed. run their intake as well on my 15 GTI. happy with this kit. looks well made and can notice the improvement with reduced lag

    Neuspeed HI-FLO Turbo Discharge

    Easy install. Instructions were well elaborated with pictures. I already had the CTS Turbo air intake kit before adding the Neuspeed HI-FLO Turbo Discharge pipe and I notice that my motor is a little quieter than it was before. Which is great! Less stress on the motor and better gas mileage. But the power is there when you need it. My 2014 GLI takes off a lot better and quicker. Definitely gets more HP gains. I also hear a little more sound from the diverter valve. Next project is to install my GFB Diverter Valve. Thank you for the great products Modded Euros! More mods to come. I got my parts in 3 days after ordering. Thanks for the fast shipping.

    A must have mod

    This was one of the very first engine mods I did to my 2013 vw beetle 2.0 tsi turbo, after I got it.
    Fitment was easy peasey. I DID have to modify it a bit (tweak it), after I installed my CTS FMIC. (FMIC is a lot thicker/making clearance between
    pipe and fan tight).
    A little tweaking, and all was right with the world. But, seriously, the fitment/quality/everything about this pipe is spot on.
    Highly recommended mod. And, yes, at THAT time I did feel a bit of a performance gain/quicker spool up.
    Plus, if you /;when you remove the OEM pipe, you will find a huge crate type grill inside. (to stop parts from entering intake, would be my guess.
    But the MAF sensor also has this grille setup.

    Jetta 1.8 Project

    Have this Mod for a few months now I think. Product did came fairly quick. New part looks pretty wicked and well made. Awesome quality right from the start. Was super stoked to replace that crinkle OEM part. Thanks to the instructions the struggle wasn’t as much. You can definitely feel a difference. The car isn’t as hesitant anymore. Noticeable gainage most def. Freaking Bad A man. So worth it. Got the Air Charge Pipe as well 💪🏽

    Pair it with the Turbo Discharge Pipe (Neuspeed)

    Was unsure whether to go with CTS turbo or neuspeed. But ended up going with Neuspeed you get a what you pay for i think. CTS they cheap so???. CTS hasn't lived up to its expectation like my cold air intake( heat shield not very secure, Use Factory grommet, overall not very secure & stable how factory like they should be) from cts IDK. Any ways! The discharge pipe is great! I feel like the car get better air flow. I mean it is not as restrictive as the discharge pipe but there is some notice. Together they are champ really. i would recommend.Try out out find out for your self. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
