DKA’s stage 1 MA clutch kit with flywheel for the 2.0T FSI is an ideal replacement kit that offers a slightly increased holding capacity while retaining stock power feel.
It's a perfect kit if you prefer the stock settings while having the benefit of a longer life span. The durability and quality of DKM’s products were the driving factors of the brand to be also known in the automotive industry.
Customers that plan on doing more than a basic ECU flash should look at the MB clutch series for greater holding capacity.

*Note*
When you remove the DMF for a lighter weight single mass flywheel, vibrations become more apparent and you will experience a chatter noise when your foot is off the clutch pedal. This noise is also louder when there is an extra load on the motor/drivetrain as well.

DKM Stage 1
Recently I purchased the DKM MA stage 1 from Modded Euros to replace the OEM VW clutch I shattered while frolicking in a rough manner on takeoff from a stop sign in my money eating GTI. Let me start by saying from the moment I clicked submit on this website until the package arrived at my home took less than 3 days and cost me $0. You can't beat that with a hickory stick. I really really want to review this clutch but it's going to be a minute until I have enough data to provide a fair and informative review. So... I'll just say that everything needed to replace the OE clutch is included in the kit. It was packaged very well and looks good. I decided on the stage 1 because after extensive research (web browsing VW forums and reading the clutch specs) I came to the conclusion that with a light tune and no major hardware mods, the stage 1 should be able to handle the increase in torque. I am extremely happy with Modded Euros and I will update my review of the DKM stage 1 clutch and flywheel as soon as I have raw-dawged it enough to formulate a good review. To be continued...
