Description
DFG Tuning has developed a billet aluminum shift knob specifically made for Audi and Volkswagen models that have non-threaded shifter arms. They have developed the shift knob in such a way that will allow for the end user to adjust the height of the shift knob. Three set screws equally placed along the base allow for a secure fitment no matter the situation. CNC turned in the USA of 6061 billet aluminum means quality and longevity.

Don't recommend
It's a lot bigger and lighter than you'd think. Looks very similar to a door knob or a "back massager". Don't buy it, because you can't return it

DFG Billet Shift Knob
I had been looking for a shift knob for my R that did not lower the height. I already have a short shifter kit installed and I like the stock knob height.
This knob works well, fits well with the stock boot, does not alter the height and has a nice heft.
Removing the shift boot from the old knob was different than the instructions. It was not too difficult to figure out.
May need gloves in the winter time :)
