CTS Turbo is proud to announce its new air intake system for the 2.5T EVO MK3 TTRS & 8V.2 RS3 (facelift) 2018 model year.
The OEM air scoop works with their airbox to seamlessly force cold air into the air intake system. Air then flows through the high-flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design and 4″ Velocity stack for maximum engine breathing. Their single-piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine, providing peak power gains ranging from 6-11HP.
All CTS air intake system components work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

Poor fitment and poor support on a 2019
On my 2019:
1. The reducing coupler (newer version) that goes onto the turbo rubs against a sensor/connector on the back of the engine
2. The mounting tab on the pipe, if you mount same as OE the intake tube hits a connector bracket on the firewall, if you put on the other side as OE, you cant get the filter on without hitting the factory air scoop and wont fit in the intake box
3. Intake tube covers and hits the top of the brake fluid reservoir cap
4. Length of hose to short that goes from the bypass valve adapter to intake tube, they give you a length of one type of tubing and then some mickey hose hose barbs and a 6" length of a different type of tubing, they want you to combine them that wont work because if you add those to the longer length of tube provided its now 6" to long.I removed it to you know go buy tubing at the hardware store to make it work, decided i didn't want to reinstall it, asked moddedeuros to return it, Jim says to reinstall and take pictures, cant return a "used" kit, zero interest in reinstalling just to take pictures, jim now tells me to go ask cts if i can return it, cts also says "used kit, no returns".
Neither one of these companies will ever see a penny from me again.

Been a fan of CTS on my last Audi and when I got the RS3 just wanted an intake so I could hear that turbo more.

Great intake. Does the job. Did not want the overpriced carbon ones on the market but wanted something to open it up
