CTS Turbo is proud to release our Crank Pulley Upgrade Kit for 3.0T FSI.
At 187mm, this CTS pulley is larger diameter than stock and made from precision billet T66061 aluminum. It replaces the two-piece design of the stock pulley and also reduces the rotational mass of the crank, freeing up horsepower.
The larger diameter pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate "Stage 2+" performance software.
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.
Most Stage 2+ software tunes for 187mm pulley are compatible with this kit.
Upgraded charge air cooling system is strongly recommended with 187mm pulley.

Purchased the CTS 187mm crank pulley to replace a failed factory pulley which had separated at ~82k. After looking at what was available in a single piece pulley this seemed to me the mostly complete solution and amongst the most cost effective. Install was fairly easy, if time consuming, but I was able to complete the swap only going into "partial service mode". And that wouldn't;t have been needed if I hadn't been changing the accessory belt as well. Paired with stage 2 software the difference in low to mid-range torque is quite noticeable and there's a small gain throughout even at peak revs. Well worth it both from an upgrade to power as well as to durability.

Cts turbo Dual Pulley
No need to buy apr or ie the cts crank pulley is better because it replaces both engine pulley and crank so you don’t have any vibration,no need to grind down the engine block.I have the Cts Dual Pulley with Chipwerke and is a game changer no need to download any software to the car ecu and if you sell your car just remove the chipwerke and the pulleys and go back to stock very easy highly recommend.Im extremely happy this mod is a must have including the cts turbo intake.
