CTS Turbo is pleased to release their 2.5T Intercooler system for the EVO platform which consists of the 2018+ Audi RS3 and TTRS. This direct replacement system from CTS is 2 times larger than the stock intercooler allowing for power levels over 700 horsepower.
This giant intercooler core is 42% larger than stock and meets our extensive quality control and pressure testing (up to 50psi), features cast aluminum end tanks and utilizes the factory intercooler hoses for leak-free operation.

Stock FMIC size: 6.3 tall x 25.3 wide x 3.2 thick = 510.05 in3
CTS FMIC size: 10.4 tall x 24 wide x 3.5 thick = 873.60 in3

Great Value
Intercooler fits perfectly. Very similar design to APR, except core is slightly wider, but not quite as tall. I gave mine a light coat of flat black, like on the stock Intercooler, to keep it stealthy.
Intercooler was not packed very securely and did arrive with a bent outlet on one end tank. It was easily repaired with a pipe expander I borrowed for free from AutoZone.
I would purchase this one again in a heartbeat.
