As our OEM radiator ages, this could lead to leaking and bent fins, and over time this causes overheating. CSF’s triple pass aluminum radiator for 07-11 E8X, E9X (A/T) is an excellent product to consider as a replacement for worn-out OEM parts. It is developed and built to deliver excellent results. The triple-pass flow structure allows the coolant to flow across the core of the radiator three times before exiting for the lowest outlet temperatures possible.

CSF uses a specifically built tube in the shape of a "B" rather than a conventional oval-shaped "O" type radiator tube. These "B-tubes" are meticulously constructed and then brazed to seal the seam. Because this design is actually stronger than standard "O" shape tubes that are welded,

CSF uses thinner and lighter aluminum material (higher cooling efficiency). This design increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes. You get the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes vs. 1 large tube within the same space criteria. With “B-tubes” you are able to get “dual liquid laminar flow.”
