Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust-holding capacity. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. Mandrel-Bent Tubing:
One Piece 3" Mandrel-Bent Wrinkle-Black Powder-Coated Aluminum Intake Tube directs unrestricted airflow from the massive filter to the turbo for more horsepower and torque.

Top Mounted Heat Shield Design:
aFe developed this sturdy 18 gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield to mount onto the top of the lower half of the factory airbox to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.

Premium Hardware:
Premium hardware and clamps are used to mount the high-flow air filter and the intake tube securely.

Fitment Note:
This item will only fit models equipped with 45 TFSI engine (228-hp).
