Significant effort went into developing this comprehensive performance-improving throttle body upgrade solution for the supercharged 3.0 TFSI engine found in the B8 and B8.5 generations of Q5 and SQ5. The 034Motorsport SüperDüper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System offers an easy bolt-on solution to those looking to maximize performance and flow!

The 034Motorsport SüperDüper Charger utilizes a VDO 84mm throttle body mated to a cast and machined aluminum throttle body adapter, offering a smooth transition between the larger throttle body to the supercharger inlet. This results in a 20% increase in flow over the OE throttle body right out of the box. Additionally, the throttle body adapter and gasket can be port matched to the supercharger during supercharger porting, allowing for increased airflow.

The SuperDuper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System is designed to be used with the S34 Carbon Fiber Intake to complete the SüperDüper Throttle Body System for B8/B8.5 Q5/SQ5 3.0T.

034Motorsport Dynamic+ Tuning is required to run this SüperDüper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System safely. Files to support this upgraded hardware are included with our Stage 2+ 91, 93, 100, 104, & E40 octane options free of charge. Select the file designated with SüperDüper, and you’re good to go!

NOTE: This is only for Stage 2+ files. We do not have Stage 1 or 2 files for the SüperDüper Charger.

Notes: This kit will not work with the stock intake.

Our wire-reinforced multi-ply silicone hose is included with the SüperDüper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System. If you already have our intake system, this hose is designed to be mated with S34 Carbon Fiber Intake. 

Modifications may be necessary to make the system work with other aftermarket intakes or stock intakes.
